Please note that in certain cases it may be possible that certain products can not be shipped to some countries due to local regulations. Further we are able to ship to countries not found on this list on request.

In case of shipping outside of the European Union there may be additional import charges or tariffs which in all cases have to be paid by you, the buyer, and are not included in the shipping costs.

Which shipping methods are available for your order can be seen on the shipping selection page right after inputing and confirming your address. If a shipping method is not listed there it is not available for your order.

Further we offer free shipping to Germany on orders over 100€ value (excluding shipping cost). If this is available for your order it will be selected automatically by our shop system.

European Union

To countries of the European Union we offer shipping by DHL Paket:

In the EU shipping is free from 400€ order value (excluding shipping cost). If this is available for your order it will be selected automatically by our shop system.

Europe (excluding European Union)

To European countries not part of the European Union we offer shipping by DHL Paket. Please note: when shipping outside of the European Union there can be additional charges, fees and tariffs that in all cases have to be paid by you directly to the shipping company. Failure to do so will result in the package getting returned to us.
