Shortly before Christmas 2012, Siemens delivered the first Vectron locomotive to DB Schenker Rail Polska. Today, the Polish subsidiary of DB Cargo operates a fleet of 25 Vectron electric locomotives, classified as Class 170. L.S. Models now offers another variant of the Vectron. Just like the prototype, this precisely scaled 1/87 model features the correct roof equipment and train protection systems specific to the Polish Class 170 locomotives.
