H0 DE2700 NIAG, DCC Sound

From 2012, NIAG leased one of the DE2700 series diesel locomotives in use on the Nord-Ostsee-Bahn for freight service. The prototype of our model was given the road number "10" and could be found in this area of operation throughout the Rhine-Ruhr region until 2017. The paintwork and lettering were left as they were, only the locomotive number and the NIAG web address were applied to the locomotive. The frame and body of the model are made of die-cast zinc, the roof attachment is made of plastic. The paintwork and printing correspond exactly to the prototype. A large number of details are reproduced. Close coupler link with NEM coupler pocket. Spring-loaded buffers. The headlights and marker lights change over with the direction of travel and can be controlled digitally. Drive on all six axles (alternating current version: on all axles of a bogie), two wheels have traction tyres. Built-in ESU locomotive pilot for digital and analogue operation. Sound version: ESU-LokSound 5 with sound capsule and true-to-original locomotive sound from a new recording from February 2022, exclusively for ASM. Model features: NIAG DE2700, locomotive 10, DCC sound DC version (ESU Loksound 5), automatic analogue/digital operating mode detection. Locomotive body made of die-cast zinc, plastic roof attachment. Finest reproduction of all details. The roof side fan grills have been modified to match the prototype compared to the original ME26 version. Alternating headlights and marker lights, digitally switchable. Digitally switchable headlights in the upper light box. Five-pole motor drive on all six axles.
